Who we are

Born from a love of purple

Ube (oo-beh) is a purple yam loved for generations in Filipino kitchens — famous for its gentle, nutty-vanilla sweetness and that unforgettable colour.

We started Auaria because we wanted that same real ube in our everyday lattes, smoothies and bakes — without the artificial colours and syrups found in so many "ube flavoured" products. So we made it ourselves: carefully dried and finely milled into a smooth powder that blends beautifully.
